Office Essentials Mesh Gas Lift Adjustable Chair - Blue

I was initially put off this chair because of some of the reviews, but came back to it because my desk is small and needs a smaller chair while still retaining the essential ergonomic support. I assembled it very easily from the clear instructions; it took around 10 minutes to do so. It is very comfortable in my opinion with good lumbar protection.The negative reviews concern the size and the longevity of the product. I cannot comment on the longevity yet but I can regarding the size. It resembles the size of most dining chairs that the majority of adults use. My dining chair is 45cm wide. This office chair is 43cm wide; it can go lower and higher than my dining chair using the gas lift, therefore suiting most smaller to average frames in my opinion. There are many much larger office chairs available, but if you, like me, require a smaller chair, this is a great, comfortable, ergonomic option.I sit at my desk for long periods and this chair remains comfortable. The back yields into your frame and the cushion padding is thick (around 6cm) and comfortable. The chair seems of very good quality and strong enough to last.I have a 5'2'' average body frame.

Very good chair for the value. Easy to assemble. The cushion is fine, it's comfortable enough but if you sit on it too long like most chairs it starts to wear thin. We've had to invest in an additional mem foam cushion. Also the chair is a bit creeky, is my only other qualm.

If you have a small office and you don't want a massive chair this may work for you. I have a very small office and needed a chair that fitted in it without blocking the doorway, desk drawers and other paraphernalia - this fits beautifully. Also n the past couple of years it has been a problem finding a chair that works and is comfortable without spending a fortune. This does appear to be it. The chair was easy to put together, all the screw holes were in the right place and all the equipment that should come with it was there. Now I've built it and everything works fine and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The only thing I can't tell you is whether there will be any problems showing up after time...

Needed a chair that was slimline as do not have a lot of space. This chair was perfect. Im not a dab hand at DIY, however found petting this chair together was very easy (even for me). Under 10 min I had it all put together . very sturdy and comfortable

Below is my original review of this office chair, I gave it 5 stars because the quality is good, it was easy to put together and the price compared to other chairs of similar spec is really great. I've come back to add a bit and change my original 5 stars. Although I do think the quality of the chair is good after now using it for quite some time I find I have developed a back ache, something I have never suffered from. At first I didn't blame this chair but just by chance I used a different chair for about a week and found my back ache had completely gone! So I experimented and found if I used this chair for more than 2 days my back problems would come back - I sat at the same desk. Couldn't figure out why and then a friend commented on the height and I then noticed that even at fully adjusted height I was still slightly lower than other office chairs and it made all the difference. My desk is a standard desk, unfortunately I am unable to use this chair at all. I suppose I will have to try to find someone it suits and my original feeling of getting a bargain has fallen into I have just wasted £29! I think the build is good just doesn't lift up high enough, 3 stars posts as 'ok' because I'm sure it is ok for someone just not me.************************************************************************************************************************************************************I wanted an office chair that was not too big without arms that could fit well against an office desk - space is restricted. I didn't want to buy the most cheapest one because the back tends to be separate from the chair base and not great at support. This cost £29 delivered via prime and I am very happy with it. 15 mins I had it put together by myself, it feels sturdy and the seat is well padded. The back support isn't adjustable but still feels good. 5 stars for price and quality. If anything changes then I will re- review.

The chair of good quality but could benefit from a little more padding on the seat to make a it a little more comfortable. The back rest has a mesh design, making it more comfortable to use during warm weather. Fast delivery and easy to assemble.

Really pleased with my office chair. Quick and easy to assemble, looks modern, comfortable and smart. Careful as you sit as it's pretty fast to slip away and after a long day in the office I have a numb bum, but then who wouldnt?Recommend this chair.
