strong resistance, ideal.
Excellent thank you. Some may need a medium band as this one doesn't stretch far, unless you were Geoff Capes (RIP).

Required for an ankle problem.
It is what it is, a light rubber elastic resistance band. Physiotherapist told me to buy one to do some ankle exercises. Good length for type of exercise.

this band is OK quality-wise, but it's a bit too short for some pilates exercises....shame...it needs another 6 inches of length.
