Skechers Women's Arya-on The Rise Sandal

BUNIONS--Let's just leave that here because I personally get really tired of finding any type of footwear reviews that have the word "bunions" in them. These sandals, as with all Skecher footwear with the stretch knit feature, accommodate bunions quite well. An extra added attraction is that they're stylish, but not "cutesy," which is not exactly what a 72-year-old woman wants (or needs, if I'm being real). The fact that the 3 colors (black, navy, taupe) are standard colors just makes them that much better. I wear an 8-1/2 in every shoe brand except Skechers--in which I wear an 8. These are no exception and, as you can see by the pictures, they fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable, bunions or no; however, note the picture where I'm pointing at the ankle strap on the inside of the ankle. This spot is where it may chafe against the skin. It does for me, anyway, but I loosened the strap and that helped without affecting the fit or destabilizing the sandal so it wobbles. It was just fine, but I'll probably put some sort of cushioning, like a bandaid, to prevent it from hurting--at least for breaking in period. They can be worn with a dressier dress or in more casual wear. I bought them specifically to wear to an outdoor wedding which is on uneven ground. They lean toward the moderate cost mark, but totally worth it! And taupe can be worn with almost any color, so you can buy all 3 colors or go with the neutral! I'm thoroughly delighted with these sandals and they arrived quickly.

Great fit, true to size and excellent quality. It’s dressy enough to wear with summer dresses. Comfortable, light weight and great even when it rains (non slip) or when going to the beach. There’s no chafing at any point of contact with the shoe or straps so that’s a plus, and the Velcro strap is pretty strong and keeps the sandal in place.

Looks nice. A true fit, not too narrow. Not stretchy, bit a great fit. Decent arch support.And they are Sketchers, so the quality is there. Comfortable to walk in, look good on the foot. A bit dressy.

These were so cute and comfy, but unfortunately for me I have to return. I have neuropathy and the "Sketchers" concave imprint in the heel is just to bothersome for my sensitive feet.However, I would highly recommend them otherwise. The fit was also true to size.

Love these sandals. They are so comfortable and easy to wear. True to size. Good to wear with skirts, jeans and dress pants at work.

I ordered the sandals for myself. They arrived on time and are very comfortable. The arch support works well for me. The color goes with a lot of my outfits. I feel secure walking in these sandals. They pack well and are lightweight.

Love these sandals. The fit is perfect and they are extremely comfortable to wear for a long time. Good to walk in. Great quality. The best thing is the stretchy straps are tight enough for a small foot but not uncomfortable. They don't flop around when you walk in them, they stay firmly in place. The arch support is very good and make it possible to wear for lomg periods of time with comfort.

Love these sandals. Soft and comfortable. I ordered in black so I can wear them on many dresses. Great addition to my summer footwear. They look trendy on jeans as well as skirts and dresses. Been wearing them without any discomfort.
