The pieces are good quality, not top notch, but good. You get what you pay for.There are some prints, no stickers. For a set of this price this is very good!The building is a bit flimsy, especially the base of first and second floor. Suggestion: get some extra plates, 2x10, 2x8, 1x6 1x8, 1x6, 1x3 and the like. Deviate from building instruction and make the bases with these extra pieces. The instruction uses these 2x2 plates and the result is not very rigid. But you get what you pay for.
