Nice looking kettle

It designed in Denmark, the idea of the designed is brilliant, but as it's made in China. The quality is poor, this is my 4th Ascot kettle. The first one last for a year, it leaks The second one, the thermometer is too sensitive, it doesn't not boil. The third one, whistle loudly and doesn't boil. Hopefully, fourth time lucky. Shame, it's a BPA free kettle, just hope the company will look into Chinese manufacturer's quality control.

This kettle had a fault with it switch, kept putting itself on. The enamel below the spout has started to come off when wiping clean. Loved the look, easy to pick up and pour from so very disappointed.

Very pretty colour as shown, my only criticism is that the small neck is awkward to fill especially if there's anything in the sink. The handle on the lid is too hot to touch after boiling. Mine had a plastic version included, looked liked a babies dummy!

Heavy. The filling guide is inside but difficult to see when filling. Looks nice but not user friendly. Very disappointed.

It’s not very good it switches off way before it’s boiling. It’s getting worse you have to hold the switch down until it’s boiling. What can be done about this it’s only three months old.

This was bought as a Xmas present for us in 2023. 6 weeks later , the indicator light packed in ,then in February this year the kettle blew up and popped the main fuse in the house . We are unable to get proof of purchase as we have no contact with the person who bought it for us . Just making people aware of potential issues.
