I take three of the Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails gummies every day and I can really see the difference. My hair is thicker, my nails are growing stronger, and my skin has a nice glow. I am 52 and dealing with the side effects of menopause, so finding something that actually works means a lot. My doctor recommended this brand and I am completely satisfied with it so far. The gummies taste good and fit easily into my daily routine.

I am very patient when it comes to writing reviews because I want to be able to give an honest review of the product so here it goes - I have purchase these gummies 4x now in a couple of different flavors. All of the flavors are good so pick whatever makes you happy. The texture of all flavors are identical. The price for what you get is great. I take 1 gummy in the morning and 1 gummy before bed because that is how I like to do it. I like to blame my brittle nails on tge many years of being an acrylic nail gal. So, I wanted to try these just to see if they helped strengthen my weak nails. I went through 2 bottles and then took a break for roughly a month. During that month, my nails became brittle once again. I bought a 3rd bottle and halfway through the bottle, I noticed a difference in my nail strength. Took a break again and they became weak again. Bought another bottle and my nails are doing great. This is enough data points for me to know that these gummies are doing something. Just because they work for me, it doesn't mean they will work for you but I would recommend giving them a shot. If you like them, do sub and save so you never run out.

Good quality, and I like how it is formulated for hair growth. The texture and the vitamins content were really good. The price was a bit high, but over I like tv vitamins.
