I used this suya pepper to season some goat meat and it came out great.

This suya spice was pretty good it’s flavorful and has a kick. Do think you will still need to add salt & your own spices but it’s a good addition.

I recently tried this suya spice for the first time and I have to say, I'm hooked! This suya spice blend is a game-changer. It's a bit spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. I have been using it as a rub for grilled chicken, meat and fish and the results were amazing. If you're looking for a new spice blend to add to your collection, I highly recommend this suya spice. I have never bought suya pepper from anywhere, except from Nigeria. I decided to give the Arigold suya pepper a try, and omg it is so good. I decided to grill some fish with, using only the suya pepper and no additional spices, and it came out delicious. I have also make some catfish and chicken wings with and it was so good. I made a little video to help someone else, use it properly.

The Ari’s All-Purpose Marinating dry rub mix comes in a pouch with a zipper style closure and was easy to start using. I shook the contents of the pouch to make sure I would be using a proper amount on the chicken breast I tried it on. I coated the entire skinless, boneless breast with the dry rub and set it in the refrigerator for about twenty minutes. My cooking method this time was in a pressure cooker which took a short time and I was ready to eat. I have to say I was not terribly turned on by the flavor of this one, though it is a very deep flavor. I felt there was a missing contrast that might've been made better with some brighter fruity flavor maybe. It is a good rub and very convenient so I will try it out with additional flavors in the future.

I've been looking for a tasteful suya spice to incorporate in my beef suya. I just recently visit Nigeria and the food is so delicious and full of spice flavors. I will order more in the near future.
