A pricier lotion but worth it
what it says on the tin..... I find hedrin the best brand for headlice in general what ever the product. It is a little pricey but worth it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE THICK HAIR. Six washes and I still can't get rid of it. I followed the instructions to the letter. It was fine on my son as his hair is quite fine and short but mine is thick and long.

Terrible - do not buy
This is a horrendous product that I would not buy again. It is by far the most expensive on the market but don't be fooled - that does not mean it is any good. It is thick and oily, difficult to apply and virtually impossible to wash out of my son's thick short hair and daughter's fine long hair. Took 3 hair washes to get rid of it. And it did not come with a nit comb, or proper advice about cleaning any combs in between use in each lock of hair. Plus the little blighters remained a week later. I recommend Lyclear : half the price, nit comb and sensible advice given, easy to apply, pleasant smell and dual purpose as it doubles up as a shampoo and left hair clean, shiny and healthy-looking with no trace of head lice remaining. I have heard Hedrin Protect and Go spray is good though - just can't believe Once got past their product testing phase. Don't buy it. In my opinion, all head lice treatments should be free as this is a public health issue and there must be some families of primary aged children who simply can't afford to buy them to use.
