Miserable Quality Control
Best screen ever. Dream come true. Glossy gorilla glass is tremendous. But the hdr was broken, colors were extremely off, the monitor came open and with stains.Man when is LG or ASUS finally going to come out with a GLOSSY WOLED 32 4K panel? Maybe this year finally?I just want this exact same display but made by LG or ASUS.Quality control is desperately needed. It’s a shame but this would be the end game monitor for me.It’s bright, fast, smooth, the monitor screen and I/O is designed elegant with a great minimalist touch. But the quality is BETA at best.

Peak Monitor for just about everything: Just don't Preorder. Ever
It's solid, and the gorilla glass OLED is simply amazing clarity.I am so happy I bought it.JUST STOP PREORDERING. When it's in stock, buy it then.I don't get why people pre order from the company with terrible shipping track record, and THEN complain they didn't get their items.Yet, when it's sent to distribution, the monitors have no issues getting to customers. Not defending them at all but if you don't do a few google searches and some reading for a 1k USD investment, the issue is with you, not with the company.'Update: 24 February 2025I have had this monitor for a few months, and firmware seems to have sorted most of the issues with HDR and the slower Input switch. They are still WIP to further improve the firmware over the next year.Either way, other than that, the monitor has done very well and looks amazing. I do gaming and art/animation and game dev with it and it has been great for all my needs. I can't expect more.IMHO it was def worth the investment.Yes the stand from the 27 inch is a perfect match for this monitor. They didn't change the stand at all. Just wanted to update peeps on that.

Flimsy power button that fails to turn on half the time, zero customer service or warranty support
TERRIBLE product. Often turns off on its own and won't turn on for minutes at a time. I have to constantly unplug and replug it in. I'm a software developer and a techie, never had this problem with 20+ monitors over decades. The company is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. They won't refund you, they won't stand by their warranty. I had purchased a second product from them in the past and they won't even refund the money after the order is cancelled. Too bad I actually like the look of the product because of its sleek design, because nothing else is good about this OLED monitor.

Get the gorilla glass version
Beautiful display. OLED, 4k, glossy gorilla glass and slim bezel design. I couldn't ask for more. I've got 3 of them that I use for software development and PC gaming.

Be very, very, very carful when buying
This is a partial review as the firmware update bricked the monitor. To be fair, it might have been my fault, and had some screwups on my side. The issue is more of their support. They do not respond to you whatsoever except for their auto-reply mail. Nothing through their website support or directly messaging their staff on reddit. There is virtually no information on the product outside those two sources, unlike established manufacturers.Considering their past of not delivering products or refunding people, it is very, very risky to buy the product in the long-term or even short-term when some issue occurs, like me.Somethings I can say now:The design is very sleek and clean. No excessive logos or designs and is very minimalistic in a good sense. Despite this, it doesn't look or feel cheap overall. The panel is surprisingly thin even compared to other OLED monitors. There is an excess space between the back casing and various ports and some cables, especially the USB-C cable, cannot be fully inserted and thus not recognized. This excess space has the opposite issue for the power port. The cable can not be fully inserted and has a slight slant, applying force on the port. This excess force on the port will likely wear and break the port in a year or so unless you support the cable to avoid stressing the port. This may be an issue of poor quality control and not a universal issue, but considering their support, it's like buying a lottery.Gorilla glass is probably the selling point but it is not a pure glossy panel. There is a coating on the panel and the gorilla glass is put on top of that. They say the gorilla glass compensates for that and makes it look better but not sure about that. As far as I can say, when compared to another glossy monitor (PG32UCDM), it is not that different. This product seems to have less reflection, but I think it's due to the monitor having a darker black compared to PG32UCDM. This may differ depending on your lighting environment, but it will suffer from reflection, maybe a bit less.Is OLED monitor worth it?Generally, no. It honestly depends on what you are looking for and using the monitor for. Games that truly bring out the strength of OLED monitors are limited at the moment. 4K HDR movies and some colors in viewing sites look better but I cannot say it is worth the price. I feel HD to UHD has more difference than LCD to OLED. Don't get me wrong, OLED looks fantastic but investing in upgrading other components like GPU, CPU, etc. will give you better overall satisfaction with less spending.I will update the review when and if I resolve the issue in any way.Update: I was able to get a refund after contacting the seller, which I think contacted the manufacturer, but not really sure. No one properly reads your message so you'll have to explain everything again. To be fair, this is a manufacturer issue so I would cut some slack for the seller. Amazon was the only one things went smoothly in this ordeal. What I would say is that, if the issue was the user's fault or caused by ware after a few years (even within the warranty), you'll probably have trouble getting repairs, replacement, or even just getting in touch with the manufacturer.I would strongly recommend purchasing a good non-OLED monitor that should be half the price, and maybe use the remaining half to buy a good GPU, or an OLED monitor from established companies if you really want an OLED monitor. It's just too risky to buy from this manufacturer with poor product quality control and support.
