This simple stool was very easy to put together and is sturdy. The wood has a slight varnish to it that I appreciate as it allows me to wipe it down for cleaning.

I read the negative reviews about the screws falling out or the chair falling apart so I installed it with plenty of glue before screwing as directed. I can use it as a step stool if needed and I am almost 200lbs. for the amount of money it works fine and looks pretty good.

Honestly i love these bentwood stools. I just wish they sold the chestnut color like i had prior that my moving company lost. These are by far better than others you see on amazon. The seat top is rounded for comfort.

No matter what I do the legs keep coming loose
