The product is genuine as you can verify. Mango taste good though not like natural mango but a great effort. No bloating, no gases, no stomach upset (generally this brand does not but would depend on your guy too). No banned substances, no harmful chemicals to kill the kidneys. Mixes well with water and does not form lumps. Except this is whey protein and it's absorption is nearly 100% by the body and since any protein (fish, chicken, eggs or this whey) the Kidney need to process it. Keep drinking 2 to 3 litres of water a day to avoid load on kidneys. Depending on your fitness goals a scoope a day or two scoops could be sufficient. Do not use this as a substitute for the normal food that you eat. Stay Healthy. Hope this review was helpful.

Good product and flavour but did not have scoop inside major inconvenience

I have purchased ON protine powder in Singapore but this is first time I bought in india. It seems completely different and does not taste like protine powder. Powder is very fine grind like wheat flour. Doesn’t have taste for chocolate flavour. I verified the QR code and its shows original. But it is highly doubtful while using even everything seems to be original.

Don't get me wrong, ON protein is one of the best and its the only whey protein that has till date not given me any digestive issues. But I am here to talk about the Flavour. The Alphonso Mango flavour smells great and has good taste but is very very sweet compared to the double chocolate. No matter how much ever I dilute it with water, it ends up giving me nausea, because its so sweet. I have no other complaints. P.S.- will forever stick to the Double Chocolate one from now on.

Mi sono informata tantissimo prima di scegliere queste proteine in polvere, e devo dire che hanno confermato tutte le aspettative. A livello nutrizionale sono tra le migliori che abbia trovato: ingredienti chiari, valori ben bilanciati e ottima digeribilità. Ho preso il gusto cioccolato al latte e… wow: è davvero buonissimo, non stucchevole e si scioglie alla perfezione senza lasciare grumi. Le uso sia dopo l’allenamento che per qualche colazione veloce, e mi trovo benissimo. Super consigliate se cercate proteine valide, gustose e con ottima resa.
