Received this product within a day or two, well packaged. First use of unit was for white gold chains and rings, I couldn’t believe the dirt that had been hiding in plain sight! Jewellery came out very shiney and bright. Very easy to use.

Machine stopped working after heavy daily use after 2 months but customer support was quick to refund and replace a new one.

Very useful item, thought I would try it as it had good feedback, tried a silver bracelet which hadn’t been cleaned for a while, was very happy how it cleaned up, looked brand new again. Also put a silver necklace in that also came out like new .So overall well pleased with product

Totally not worth buying! The cleaning ability of this ultrasonic cleaner is incredibly poor. I tried using it to clean my glasses and jewelry, but after the cycle finished, I could barely see any difference—stains and grease remained stuck to the surface. The machine’s power is far too weak to meet even basic cleaning needs. On top of that, the water tank is too small, requiring frequent refilling, which makes for a terrible user experience!

This did a good job on my old watch and there was lots of visible gunk after about three washes.You don't get the same amount of dirt on smaller items to validate whether its doing a good job or not but I was happy that it performed well on the watch which was the reason for the purchase.

A great invention. I never knew that such kind of device is available in the market to clean your glasses. I am so glad I have it. Your glasses looks brand new after cleaning in it.
