I had a plan of making some coleslaw! I could hand chop the cabbage and onions, I just needed to julienne some carrots. I could have done this by hand as well, but they would have been bigger than I liked and would take a lot of time! So I brought this product! I started to julienne my first carrot, and I thought this was the best purchase I've made this year! I started on the second carrot, but half way through the blade popped out! I managed to put the blade back in, but the same thing happened again towards the end of the third carrot! That was enough... It started so well...

This has to be one of, my worst ideas to buy itIt wouldn’t go through soft butter let alone any vegetablesIt’s blunt, in fact I tried useing it once,my wife said I must be doing it wrong ....she knows best..apparentlyShe tried then threw it in the bin..

I wouldn't recommend this product. I'm not sure what you can use it on. I had boiled a potato (15 minutes) that I wanted to peel with the julienne. It broke with a little pressure.. this was a potato that you could mash

Very cheap but works perfectly for the job. I bought a product for a lot more money that did other things but didn’t do them very well. Would definitely recommend this product for quick and easy prep in a professional kitchen as well as adding finishing touches to dishes at home

If I could give no stars I would. Took it out of the package, removed safety strip on blade whent to use it and the blade literally fell off. Cheap ans nasty

I used this for cucumbers and carrots within salads and it managed the first few times before it just fell apart, for the price though I can't complain really, it did the job well, it's just a little flimsy.

I didn’t find this very sturdy which meant I could barely cut things the way you should be able to. Also, the plastic handle didn’t feel particularly strong so have hardly used this item at all. I’d either invest in something stronger or avoid all together.

Great little peeler for the money. We tried ceramic ones and they were just awful in comparison. If you need a basic peeler for light jobs then look no further.
