Ease of swallow:Take one a day and theyvare not large capsules. Appetite suppressant:I find myself having to think about needing to eat. Just don't feel or get hungry.

Unsure of effectiveness
The description of the product was the reason I gave this product a try. I took as directed for a few days but had too much gastrointestinal issues so reduced the dosage. Even with taking every other day, I couldn’t tolerate the product. I didn’t see any benefit but that may be because I couldn’t take as directed. It may work well for those who can tolerate it
