Not working, waste of money
Not working. Waste of money. I’m very disappointed. I take antibiotics and I have thrush after them. These probiotics don’t help me. But there is one product that does help. I won’t say the name, cause definitely I’m not promoting any stuff. But I won’t buy these ones ever again.

I don't have cramps, bloating, or constipation. Since I stopped taking fiber, I may have become more regular than before 😂. After eating for a week, I made myself a steak with asparagus and potatoes for dinner. Absolutely no problem!
