Received on time and in perfect condition, both inner and cap seals intact. Not too sweet, but most people don't buy this as a sweetener. Tastes like medicine, which is understandable with its high umf and MGO scores. Hope to alleviate gastritis with it. Viscous and crystalized consistency. Got a very good deal on Black Friday.

I have purchased this many times and have even used this to successfully treat mastitis when I normally would have to have taken an antibiotic. I took about a teaspoon full 3-4 times a day and I started getting better after a day or two. Mastitis knocks me on my backside so I was prepared to have to get antibiotics and was honestly shocked that this worked. At one time I would have been skeptical about such claims but now this is a staple in our household for many uses, including wound care. I highly recommend it. The quality has been fantastic. The taste is strong but not unpleasant. In fact, I have grown to like the taste.

Amazing taste and great viscosity, very thick and crystalline, I’d be interested to try a higher mgo. The Manuka is of the Color caramel or a light brown. I didn’t have any issues with bad seals or any other complications. I have to agree with the other reviewer on upgrade to a glass container and I’m pretty sure when I asked Rufus it specified glass, however I received the Manuka in a plastic “jar”. That is my reduction in 1 star. I only wish I had some more. It’s tasty.

I use this on my mare for her sweet-itch. (AL summers). This summer has been her worst case, and quite scary at first. Along with Dex, SMGs & Zyrtec this “UMF 20+” Manuka Honey was worth the cost. Her scratching wounds began healing overnight and three days later the sweet itch was under control. I had a daily ritual of oatmeal bath, icing legs, picking scabs and applying manuka 20+. The consistency is medium thickness and I apply with hands or 1” paint brush. Very sugary, and she gets to lick my hands when I am finished. She wears the Shires sweet-itch sheet at night. I have fans blasting in her stall. Value is worth its weight in gold. I am on my second bottle, and can now use it as a maintenance so I won’t be using up as fast. Hope this helps.
