I am very happy with this supplement. I don't eat land based meat, have sensitive skin and ezcema, and often some kind of breakout. I am approaching 50 and my skin was looking increasingly dry and "aged". I decided that an animal based collagen is in line with my own use of leather and other biproducts of the meat industry (I am not a vegan). Within a week tops my skin was noticably younger looking. MUCH less dry. Less roscea. That "elasticity" collegen provides to tissues was wayy better. I know I sound like an ad but this is an unpaid, honest review. :)

It's great for that collagen boost and a little extra protein in yojr drink. Over 40 and I was feeling sick after working out but after using this collagen I have noticed a difference in recovery. And I feel less joint discomfort. Plus it dissolves completly in any liquid in just a few minutes. Will definitely be buying other flavors!

Great product! I am on my 2nd purchase and haven’t seen any extreme visible results yet, but has a very mild taste and mixes well in my morning coffee. I would give it an overall 4 of 5 stars so far. We’ll see what results ensue and I continue using this product! Hoping for the best.

This works great in baking where I’m trying to add a bit of protein and the structure needed for some keto things, also dissolved well in drinks

These are good for you but they don’t taste the greatest. I recommend adding a flavor to the water and it will help.
