So far so good. Had this bin for a few months now, and so far no problems at all. The bins are just the right size for our small household. The bucket style containers are a great help when it comes to cleaning. The lid closure is still soft and slow and the pedal mechanism is sturdy. Looked at lots of bins before choosing this, and although it's not cheap, it was well worth the price, as our previous cheaper bin broke after a few months. Worth the money.

One thing I never knew until I became a homeowner is how expensive a good bin is. This one is great though, really sturdy, easy to empty, traps the smells pretty well. Very sleek design.

Good waste bin, looks very nice, holds plenty of rubbish.Time will tell how sturdy it is, but so far no complaints.

I’ve been after a bin with two sections for a while, in order to sort general waste from recycling- and this one is great for just that.It fits perfectly at the end of our kitchen island, looks stylish enough, but not a focal point (it is a bin at the end of the day) - it’s shorter than your average bin, but I think that’s the beauty of it.The downside I have to say (it’s been in our family for 11 months now) is the inserts lift out for ease of cleaning and getting rid of waste - great! BUT there’s a lip around perimeter of the inside of the bin that those inserts sit on once your bin bag is in and they catch no end of tiny bits of rubbish - the odd rice crispie, coffee granular, rice etc cling around the side - and annoyingly get stuck in the bit where the mechanism comes out. Granted I’m no Mrs Hinch - maybe there’s a life hack to overcome this, but I’d say it takes longer than your average bin to clean and I often can’t for the life of me tweezer or poke out the stuff that falls down the mechanism bit.I still like it though..!

Great bin for a small kitchen. It fits perfectly behind my door and now frees up an extra cupboard to use for other things. I use the bottom section for recycling things and it needs emptying every few days but that’s not a problem. Base drawer slides in and out easily. Top 2 sections do for general waste and food waste. All currently working fine and I have had no problems so far. Lids on top are easy to open and close and soft open mechanism is great. Overall, happy with the quality and it was well packaged and delivered on time.

Paying £100 or more for a bin is a big outlay, but this was worth it. Not only is it very functional with the soft close lids and easily removable inner buckets, but it also looks fabulous, is easy to clean, and quite sturdy.My only gripes would be that you really need to get well-fitted bags; otherwise, they spill over the outer rim, preventing the lids from closing properly. I got the bundled Reciclado bin liners, which are excellent. Also, having two compartments means the buckets aren’t as spacious as you might be used to when coming from a single-bucket bin, but that just means emptying them slightly more often, keeping your kitchen smelling fresher in the process.Overall, an excellent buy. I am truly the envy of my bin-loving friends.

I wanted something for waste and recycling, I'd been looking around and come across this one by Songmics and I simply love it. It came in 4 colours black, grey, silver and white, which is the one I purchased. It fits in perfectly, right up against the kitchen end panel, no gaps behind from ugly lid hinges. There are carrying handles on the sides to make it easy to move around if necessary. There are 2 independent pedals for the waste and recycling bins, so you only need to press the pedal for the one you require. The lids flip up quickly and close softly. Each bin has a carrying handle, which makes it so easy to remove. Each bin has a 24l capacity, which is perfect for me, I'm not emptying them every 5 minutes. The bin itself is metal and the lids and internal bins are plastic. It is very well made and I'm over the moon with it. The price is amazing too considering the cost of some of the other brands out there. I would definitely recommend this item, it's a necessity for the home, especially for those of us who like to do our bit for the planet and recycle.
