UPDATE NUMBER 3. REFUND DELAYED AGAIN NOW UNTIL JUNE 8TH. HAD TO CHANGE THIS FROM FIVE STAR TO ONE STAR FOR TWO REASONS ONE FINALLY AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE FOURTH REPRESENTATIVE AT AMAZON WE WERE TOLD IT COULD TAKE 30 OR MORE DAYS TO GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM OF THIS PRICE.THE SECOND REASON FOR THIS ONE STAR REVIEW IS BECAUSE WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THE SELLER ABOUT THE DELAY IN THE REFUND HE TOLD ME HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT I HAD TO GO THROUGH AMAZON. SO THE ONE STAR REVIEW IS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SELLER, AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION AS IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED THE LENGTH OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE FOR A REFUND.Update: Still waiting for refund shipped back on May 12th, it was received May 14th was told my refund would be issued May 22nd. Now they say June 1st. Spoke with Amazon on 5/22 and they said it would be returned in 2-3 days, but still says June 1at.Had to return the phone as it was just not easy to carry, could not find anything that it would that wasn't the size of a purse.Awesom phone. It has an incredible battery life before it needs recharging, it has the best camera quality of any cellphone I’ve ever owned. Forget apple they can’t come close to this beast. It is on the heavy side but I found a case on Ali Express that this will fit into nicely. It has a lot of neat little functions you’ll love but are too numerous for me to list here. Buy this phone and you will definitely will love it as much as I do. As an after thought the weight of the phone is just way too much for me, I have returned the phone today, but what I said about the phone originally is still true. If yo aren’t worried about the weight of the phone, then don’t hesitate to buy it.
