Bia Bar - Best Gluten Free High Protein Fudge Bar - Sweet & Salty - 15g Natural Protein (12 Bars)

I am always searching for a great protein bar, that tastes great and has minimum ingredients. I ordered the Bia bar variety 3 pack and was delightfully surprised! Each bar has a smooth, pretty soft consistency, that is not chalky nor overpowering with fake sweeteners. I am going to order the full variety box right now, as I cannot decide which flavor is my favorite- they are all that good. For anyone who is seeking a great snack you should definitely give these a try. The nutrition ratio of fat, protein, and carbs is perfect for my nutrition needs (Crossfitter, full time engineer, and full time momma) as well helps with my current pregnancy sweet tooth.

My favorite of the three bars is the chocolate chip cookie dough, but they are honestly all really good. The texture and taste of the bar are really fantastic, and a much better ratio of protein to fat than a spoonful of peanut butter would be, and it still gives me that delicious peanut butter flavor! Since these are nutrient dense they keep me satiated for a couple hours when all I have time for is a bia bar. Highly recommended!

I've been ordering protein bars from different manufacturers recently to alleviate boredom and to see if there's much difference between them. I came across the Bia Bar variety pack, which is a nice option. I wish more companies put those together for just what I'm doing. Now that I've had a chance to try each of the three flavors, I figured I'd put my two cents in for others who might be interested in this product.Bia bars are something like a cross between the inside of a candy bar and a blondie brownie. Soft and moist, with a little bit of resistance to the bite. There are no off-putting smells or aftertastes, which is a common problem with protein bars in my experience. The flavors are actually quite pleasant. I like the peanut butter fudge the best; it actually does feel and taste very much like regular peanut butter fudge. The other flavors are good too, just not as good in my opinion.My biggest complaint is something that seems inherent in just about every bar I've tried. There's a graininess as you chew, a kind of mealy mouth-feel. The moistness of the bars helps to offset that somewhat, and since the bars a pretty small, you're through it quickly. It's not as pronounced as I've had, but it's noticeable. I'm not sure that they would be a good choice to take as quick energy on any outdoor adventures, as I suspect they'd be quite susceptible to melting, given the texture.Overall, though, these are a pleasant addition to my menu.

I've been ordering the variety pack for years now, and up until my last two boxes these were my favorite. I saw some other reviews complaining about them being stale, and I hate to have to agree. These bars stand out as being a fudge like consistency and now they are so hard you have to crack them in half. At first it was just the Sweet & Salty bars, but the latest shipment I received - ALL the flavors are stale. SO disappointed, these are usually so delicious that I actually looked forward to eating them, and now I'll have to find a replacement. Such a bummer - Bia please fix this issue !

I bought this after trying RX Bar which is 100% natural and tasty but sticks to tbe gum like dried putty. Bia is as advertised ... We Taste Better ... tasty, natural, and has the perfect consistency (not too soft, not too crunchy, and not sticky at all). I gave portions to my 8 y.o. and he loved it. I also bought ThinBar from TJ because it contained 20g protein at a cheaper price. Needless to say, you get what you pay for.Bia 5 stars, RX Bar 4 stars, ThinBar 2 stars.

I love these bars! I'm eating a clean diet of fruits, vegetables and healthy fats. These bars are my daily treat and are very satisfying. If one is counting macros they fit in wonderfully and have no saturated fat. That said, my husband doesn't love them as I do, so best to try the 3 pack and see for yourself.

They were edible, but nothing to write home about. I got the variety pack, sweet and salty one was most tolerable. I was expecting a bar with a soft sort of fudge-esq texture. They are actually very solid, and quite dry and crumbly. The taste was livable, I'll eat them to not have wasted $26 (maybe..a few of them), but I would certainly never buy them again.

These bars are perfect for an on the go snack for my toddlers. they are soft and easy for them to chew, tasty and healthy! I love that they aren't covered in chocolate which avoids an extra mess. they will eat them right out of the package or I will cut up in to bite size pieces. I highly recommend these! My only complaint is the amount of sugar in them; I wish Bia would make some lower added sugar version!
