These Ginseng capsules worked much the same as others I've tried. No horrible taste and easy to swallow, after about 20 minutes I was a bit flushed (and my eyes were a bit red) for an hour and then everything seems settled in to my system and I noticed the effects. I suppose the effective of these varies from person to person, but I did notice a difference and I feel it remains in your system for a good 12 hours.
