Good quality shilajit, tastes nice! Very effective!

This shilajit in a capsule is very easy to use. Instead of in liquid form, I only need to take 2 capsules each day. It does not have any smells and the products look very good quality. There are 90 capsules, so for 2 a day, it will be a 1.5-month supply. I appreciate that this product has a certificate, and this gives me confidence to use it. I have started to use Shilajit for some time already, and if I want to find an easy and quick solution, I will go for capsules instead of resins.

These are good if you want a boost in energy and you are rushing around and do not have time to take the actual resin. There’s no strange aftertaste, which is a big plus especially with the fact that I cannot stand the taste and smell of the actual resin. I take these on holiday as I would rather not have to sit there to dissolve the paste.

Jury's out.Took these a couple of times the first time.e I feel, yes I DID seem to have a bit more oomph.The second time no noticeable difference although the second time of taking I was really exhausted and I don't believe anything would of pepped me up.Do these work? These are easy to swallow and don't leave any strange aftertaste. For 90 100% pure capsules they are not bad value and they are vegan and gluten free which is great. Overall good Himalayan pure capsules that come nicely packaged.
