Purchased this Lap Tray as a gift at Christmas. KICO rang me with a query on my order - I had ordered two and they were checking just to make sure that was correct - it wasn't - I had only meant to order one. Order came quickly considering weather/postal difficulties before Christmas.I was very pleased with lap tray and am about to order another. What customer service though, excellent!!
