The filter has a good quality, it’s easy to use and it’s easy to adapt to your sink. I highly recommend this product. Really happy with it.

Fitted my tap no problem, and so much easier than the briter filters and the water tastes just as good.

The media could not be loaded. The unit looks really smart in a kitchen, except for the white tube which stands out. Wish it was a metal or transparent and would then have 5 stars.I used a cable tie to tidy the tube out of the way.Works well, the standard fitting fit well on my tap with no leaks. It does still run a bit when you turn it off due to it emptying the tube, but not an issue, just hold your glass there till it’s done!

The device nor any of the adapters fit our kitchen tap. I emailed customer support and they asked for pictures of the tap and then sourced me an adapter. Cannot fault the service at all.As for the water filter, we live in Bolsover and the water here is horrendous. Within days i could already see the nasty stuff that this filter was catching. It’s made such a difference and im really glad I bought it. Given how bad our water is, i think we might meed to change the filter more often than once a year but most people should be fine

After remembering that the tap had a uncrewable attachment to it, replacing and fitting was painless. Rest of set was a breeze after that.10/10

The media could not be loaded. I do love this product the only negative point is that when turn off the tap the water keeps running for more 5-6 scs, this happens since UmI bought and now does not stop dripping which is annoying. Taking that the water comes without that smell of tap water and take out most of the scale.

this filter was easy to install, produce right away pure water, the water taste much better even with a taste of slight sweetness, feel much safe after put this on with our old pipeline, plus it comes with washable filter .
