I didn’t expect to notice a difference so quickly, but this grounding sheet has genuinely improved my sleep. I wake up feeling more refreshed and less achy. The fabric is comfortable, and it was easy to set up. I can’t say for sure how it works, but I definitely feel the benefits. Worth a try if you struggle with sleep or body fatigue!

Easy to set up is about all its got going for it.my lack sleep was getting very bad, I was getting desperate. so even though this was sold as an amazing cure all (think Victorian quack) I new I was waisting my money but i'm a sucker, I thought why not.It promised so many things. sadly it does not do any of it.you need to look under magnifier to see the wires very fine, very likely to brake with use.my sheets have a lot of static it couldn't even discharge that.yes plugged in correct, yes naked skin contact with no skin creams on, yes tried different socket. used it for two weeks.sleep pattern actually got worse but I don't think it was due to the sheet.£39 down the pan. please don't waist your money. you want to ground yourself ? touch your metal radiators or go bare foot in your garden.

I was going to send this back, as it was bought as a present and they felt unsafe with the quality.But I am using them , so at the moment the jury is out .

I found this on Amazon for my mum, she’d found one for twice the price elsewhere but this one looked identical. Once received it seemed to be very good quality and easy to install/use. Seems to help with a good nights sleep!

Ensures a good nights sleep,but no benefit for pain relief.

I have been eager to try out a grounding sheet for a while now. I was really impressed with this product. It came well packaged. The sheet goes over my normal sheet easily and there is ample cord on the plug, so you can plug it into the wall effortlessly. I use it every night now and believe my sleeping is better as a result
