I’ve used this (variety of brands) for years and it clears minor congestion which I have with allergies. No drowsiness and not a super strong medicine, but it does loosen light congestion.

I buy this product mainly for issues with my sinuses. I bought other brands, but I really liked how this one worked for me. Also, I felt that the price is good and so is the quality.

I got these when I was going through a stomach virus to try to calm the digestive system. They did help with the digestive system, but an unexpected side effect was that it lowered my blood pressure (which is not a good thing for me.) For most people, they could even use this as a blood pressure remedy with the side benefit of it keeping your digestion smooth and healthy. For the few of us that fight with low blood pressure, I wouldn't recommend it, but for the rest of you health (or high blood pressure) individuals, it works great at calming the stomach and helping it return to normal.

I take 2 every day to help me with chronic sinus pain. I know how effective they are because I ran out for a couple of days and had that horrible sinus pain and could barely move my head. As soon as I started taking them again, the pain went away. I have them delivered on subscribe and save.

Used as a supplement for throat

I've dealt with allergies and sinus infections for years. I've tried everything natural and nothing touched the sinus infection-allergy-etc like this product. It's a MUST HAVE!

A You Tube channel recommended Thyme for UTIs. It didn't work for me.
