Phone easy to set up and transfer to from old phone. I find the typeset clearer. Was up and running virtually as soon as arrived. Initially charging seemed to take ages but bought fast charger and fully charged in about 2.5hrs. All other chargers said slow but this one shows fast charge. Phone is great size and easy to use if lasts 3 to 5 years its a bargain. Also sound clarity is better than old Motorola. Overall great budget buy and very happy with it. 5 stars.

What a great phone i have had some flagship phones the last one was the s21 and this one is miles better its a well built phone with a good quality screen the battery is good i have to be honest i cant fault this phone its all good a very good value for the money i would highly recommend this phone for an every day user buy it

I bought the Galaxy A16 (A165) as a backup phone, but it honestly performs better than I expected! For the price, you get a lot: 128GB of storage, decent 4GB RAM, and a battery that easily lasts all day. It runs smoothly for everyday stuff—WhatsApp, YouTube, emails, light gaming—and I haven’t had any lag unless I’m running multiple apps at once. The screen is decent, not flagship quality, but bright and clear enough for videos and browsing. Camera is okay, nothing amazing, but works fine in good lighting. Night shots are average, which is expected at this price. Great choice if you want a reliable budget phone that doesn’t feel super cheap. Samsung knows how to make an affordable device that still feels polished.

Hesitate to state not as desribed (as JPR states in their review A165 is important) as the phone was new and perfect at a very good price (£102). However I was unaware from the listing that it would be a United Arab Emirates/Oman registered phone. When I tried to update my Samsung account it gives the message; "Additional services are limited for products not purchased in your current location. Please check for the country location of purchase. ", so I don't know where I stand regarding warranty and updates. The only thing I have noticed so far is that the date is also given in a hijri format on the home screen and it took me some research to change this in calendar settings to remove this. It has however recently updated to the latest operating system (One UI 7.0 and Android 15) so hopefully all will be well. The listing seems to show a 3 year warranty when I last looked so presumably this is a retailer warranty as I couldn't register for a proper Samsung warranty.
