Returned item. Clip grip did slip!Seriously though this clip would not stay. I would be driving and it would just pop off where I had it placed with or without phone in it and end up on the floorboard by me feet while in motionStill currently looking for a good phone holder that doesn't block frontal view as I have a dash cam as well up by my mirror, and I have a dashboard cover so can not stick anything to the dashboardI found one made to go around the touch screen but not seeing good reviews.Not sure where to go next. But I'll keep looking as this one is not made well for me.

What I like:I'm highly satisfied with the product.Overall, my favorite thing about this phone holder is its strong grip on my phone. Bumps, potholes, or speedbumps; none of these road hazards are a problem with the device's reliable hold. I think the fact that the holder has several contact points, probably contributes a great deal in keeping such a solid hold on my cell phone.Rotating from vertical to horizontal is a simple and smooth action, each and every time!Installing and using the product has proven to be a pleasure.What I don't like:Thus far, there's nothing I dislike about the product.I'm quite confident that I'd order this item again.

Useless

Nice unit for holding a cellphone handsfree in a car. However, using it in my 2010 Chev K3500 tow truck, the unit sits a little high blocking the view out the windshield - so still looking for a better mount while trying this one in a different vehicle.
