I really haven’t used this yet but trying to get it registered is a nightmare. The TSA lock on the pc of luggage doesn’t look at all like the three types of locks they put on their luggage and you therefore can’t complete your warranty registration. It swivels nicely, looks good, the zipper works freely and it seems to be roomy enough, so I guess that the insurance I bought with the luggage will just have to do to cover breakage. I’m too old to carry contraband with me during my infrequent travels anyway, so the TSA lock didn’t enter into why I purchased this piece, the looks did.

This dark green color is absolutely gorgeous! Glossy and rich and unique. A beautiful carry on bag to proudly roll around. Unfortunately, it got irreparably scuffed on the first trip, and the stunning green is now deeply striped with white scratches all over. To be fair, some sort of strange plastic sleeve was included in the box with it, presumably to help protect it during travel. Did I use it? No. Do I wish I had? Probably yes. That sleeve seemed to be something you’d have to squeeze on after zipping up the bag, and then hope it didn’t come off. And it just looked…not good. It would’ve made this gorgeous luggage look weird and cheap rolling through the airport, instead of glamourous, so I didn’t use the sleeve. I probably should have at least tried, but didn’t expect luggage to be that high maintenance. Other than lack of durability of the finish, it was a sturdy and functional piece. All zippers worked, the interior liner didn’t come unstitched. It fit as much as I expected a carry on to fit. And as a chronic over-packer, I sure did test the integrity of the zipper! The TSA approved lock on the outside is a nice touch of security and was easy to choose my own code. If you want a unique piece of luggage and are willing to baby it, I highly recommend. If you want something you don’t need to stress about keeping pristine, you may wish to keep looking.

I finally got to n use these and I LOVE them! They hold a lot, easy to walk with. My friend that is with me.wants to.order a set once she saw the ease I have walking with them.
