Excellent high quality and reliable batteries
I purchased 5 batteries over a span of about a year. I can say that the batteries are built well and strong. The balancing of cells, recharging, and discharging has been excellent. I’ve never had any problems with them but the only issue I’ve had was the RF45 communication synchronizing with an inverter. Other than that the batteries work and highly recommended.

sturdy and reliable, DO read the documentation though.
They work well enough, but I do wish there were better ways to access the control panels remotely, like how the Expert Power inverter has a removable control panel. Also, the price has come down SIGNIFICANTLY since I got mine, and it may be very economical to buy, now.

Pretty Good Quality so far.
Well i bought 1 of these 7 months ago. I connected it to Outback Power 4KW inverter. I power the house with this setup just allowing to run 3 ton ac, lights and 4 small refrigirators. So far so good. BMS works well, protects battery. The 4KW inverter is under power for the house so inverter is constantly tripping. Battery keeps up well. I have seen it deliver 75Amps constantly when AC turns on. Tech support is great. Some prior comments said no support. Company is in Paramount, CA so u need to call afternoons if u r in easter time. Well packaged, instructions manual is good. Seem high quality so far. LCD gives u more info than u actually need, like cell temp and voltages. 1 year now and going on strong. Picture of app, battery looks same as pixs from manufacturer. You have to wire it with rs485 to USB conveter in order to run Bms Tool App. Converter shown in pix. Bought from Amazon as well

good battery and price point like you can check battery condition without using a phone, would be five stars if expert power would answer there phone, just have a question.

Excellent 48v 100Ah Server Rack Battery
I took a leap of faith and pre ordered this unit, first I was expecting this server rack battery to ship around Oct 25, So it was really nice to receive it way early. Shipping was fast and product came packaged excellent in a wooden crate with no damage, once I opened it came with a pair of 5 awg copper wire about 5ft in length with ring terminals for you to size and crimp yourself, a communication cable and manual. I was totally blown away from the features the ExpertPower 48V 100ah server rack battery has for the price, Display is awesome in showing you all the vital info like voltage, SOC, Temp etc, This also has a Main switch to turn off power, This system works perfect for my application, I also have a EG4 LL v2 server rack battery and If i would of come across the ExpertPower first I would of not bought the more expensive EG4 LL battery. These batteries have been running non stop for 5 days no issues so far. I've been running off grid for weeks now and with this additional server rack battery will help for those cloudy days with no sun.

I don’t speak Martian
UPDATE 9/30/25 I have had this battery for 2 years now. And have tortured the hell out if it! And it is still running. It has seen temperatures from -10° to 100° F and ran the whole time. I ran it in a single battery system, pushing a Sungold LFP 6k inverter. Running my whole house. Granted, we used our genny a bunch when the sun wasn’t out. It never shut down due to over current draw on load start up. Expertpower has also fixed the PBMStools software to be in english and functional. Shipping was fast! That was the best part. No product literature. No explanation of any of the ports on the front. None of the communication ports would connect to my computer, using their software. The Modbus software downloaded from the companies website is not in a language of this planet. Turns out they have both Chinese and English configurations loading together which apparently makes Martian. The battery went dead after only 5 hours. Running a very light load. For the amount of money being charged, you would think the Company here in the USA selling this, would have at least tried one of these out and had instructions on their website.

horrible support
great battery if you don't every run it down. I used them for lights in my barn and had an accident that required surgery and the lights were on running the batteries down. I had three 48v 100ah batteries that lost their charge. I contacted the supplier and they sent me a charger, when that didn't charge the batteries they said it was the inverter that cause the batteries to fail. I contacted the inverter tech service and they assured me that this was not an inverter problem. expert shut down all my commutation so now I have $3600.00 of almost new batteries used one time setting in my barn.....

It works.
I upgrade my battery bank to 20 kwh about a year ago. So far, it hasn't let me down, but i notice the 3rd battery for some reason drains faster than the rest of the pack. Maybe I'll do a manual top balance.
