Product is great, has a fantastic design and is very bulky, just the way i️ wanted it. I️ would’ve given it 5 stars, but there are two things i️ wanted to note:Battery power:The battery does not hold enough juice as I expected.My job consist six of me constantly checking real time updates, so I need as much power as I can get.A full battery runs out around 80% before my phone is fully charged from 2%.What I would usually do is immediately charge the case as soon as i’m back in my desk.Wired Headphone usage:The port to charge the case isn’t very great when it comes to listening to music with wired Headphones.When plugged in, the wire tilts to the right, and sometimes comes loose and my music stops playing.Maybe it’s just a small defect on my purchase, but it does get annoying.Not that big of a deal, but it’s still something I️ would like improved.If Seller would be so gracious to get back to me with these issues and help me out, I️ would be very grateful!EDIT: Turns out the backside bottom left of my iPhone X has been scratching the inside of the case. Whatever material is being used, it has scratched my iPhone to the point where it looks like I dropped it.After two months of usage, the plug that goes into the iPhone Charging Jack has begun to wiggle, thus having the battery case not charging my phone efficiently.

I feel bad giving a 3. The case works great. Charges properly. Works great. I used the same cable I charged it with in my house in my car, Hyundai Sante Fe with apple car play. It won’t connect to the car through the USB. That’s the one problem. When I take it out of the case, it works fine. So it is a case issue.**update** I was not thorough with my research. It clearly states it does not support CarPlay. So I’m changing to 5 stars. It’s great if you are not using it in your car.

Pros:A relatively cheap battery caseAble to use a lightning cable to charge the case and your phoneThe LED indicator is niceDecent buttons and cutoutsFairly good protection on sides and back but not much on the frontCons:**The lightning connector is now extremely loose and will easily fall out with the slightest movementIt feels like the initial 5000mAh capacity has significantly decreased over timeI wish the mute switch cutout was slightly biggerThe case began to shed its skin slowly around the LED indicators on the backOverall:For the first 2 weeks, I would have given this product easily 4 or 5 stars. But after a month of daily use, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Plugged it into my car and felt the battery get hot in my hands. Started smelling a burning plastic/electronics smell. Immediately unplugged it and took the case off. It was scorching hot. Thankfully it didn't explode. Also, prior to this malfunctioning, the lightning port had 'stretched' and would only loosely hold a lightning cable in it.Would not recommend this.

This case stopped working in under a week. Took my chances and i bough Only to have it stop working. Go for an actual branded case instead of this one.

Never the one to write a negative review but when you have a product you were excited to get and breaks within a week of use I can't help it. The charging port just broke off, checkout the photos.

Got this case charger for my iPhone X. It's good to have extra power for your phone.There are indicator lights to show how much power it has left and a button on the back to turn battery on or off. Moreover,it completely protects my phone out of broken when dropping.It works perfectly. Excellent product. I strongly recommend purchasing it.Love it.
