It is a great hydration powder. You can mix it incrementally to satisfy your taste. I use it in my iced tea, but it’s good enough with water. It’s a good value and it is convenient to carry a few little packs rather than a big plastic bottle.

It mixes and does a better job that is noticeable like an infant formula for hydration without a mouthful of salt water. It's ingredients dissolve into the body for what one thinks of for hydration.
