18V USB Portable Power Source

Purchased this for my son - they live in the mountains in California and lose power often - this will serve as a backup power source for their phones

My phone battery is always dying on the job. I have plenty of Rigid batteries and it fast charges my phone and my USB C chargeable flashlights. It's a necessity at this point!

I bought this for backup power if I lose power in the house to power USB devices.

Works great. I do wish it had another port, but still a great buy

Helps a lot when you need to charge a phone or a usb device on the go and at job sites or even camping. Make sure you have rigid batteries though

We had an ice storm and power was down for a week. We used a borrowed USB power source that kept our phones and ipads powered up. Bought 2 for our emergency supply kit and an extra Rigid battery so we have a total of four batteries to use in an emergency. Simple, compact for easy storage, and works like it should.

Good product. You get what you pay for, only bad is the price, it’s a little high in my opinion.

Great for peace of mind, we have the power in our house go out quite a bit due to weather and it’s nice to know we have the ability to charge phones if storms knock the power out. Delivery was fast and items arrived in their factory packaging.

This product is very simple, and very easy to use. It does exactly what it says it will do. Has a handy on button, only stays on for 8 hours so as not to drain the battery.Missing an off button, but can simply disconnect it from the battery for a second to shut it off.What's most important though, as someone who has many Ridgid tools, and they are all registered for lifetime warranty, I must tell you that when you purchase this item, from this seller, Ridgid will not allow lifetime warranty or even honour the 3 year warranty. With that being said, it is very possible that this may be a refurbished product.
