It’s a good deal “updated”
I haven’t tried these utensils out yet but they look like they will do the job. Can’t beat the price for the quality of product.Ok so I finally used these utensils. I was very surprised on how well they performed! The handles didn’t heat up while getting the job done flawlessly. I recommend them for the budgeted cooks like me!

very long handles
This is a good quality, attractive set of stainless steel utensils. The handles are very long--longer than I had anticipated. (I would have preferred shorter.) I am not sure what the purpose of the longer handle is. They have holes in the end of the handles so you can hang them if you are so inclined, which may be good because they are a bit large for a drawer. They have hollow handles which I believe is so they won't heat up.I got these because I have been looking for a stainless steel ladle which is very hard to find these days. I could also use another metal spatula. The angle on these is flatter than I had anticipated, ie, on the ladle I was hoping for a 90 degree angle typical of a ladle that one dips into a pot with high sides. The angle on these is more like 30 degrees, ie, they are much flatter in relation to the handle. I am guessing this is because they are designed for use in woks which have shorter sides. The ladle is also shallow compared to a soup ladle. These tools seems specific for cooking on a large griddle such as on a commercial stove and will not translate as well as I had hoped to deep pots and frying pans. However, I also cook in a wok and perhaps will discover the reason for the long handles and different angles after I have used them for a while.Update: The spatula would be fine if I didn't have to choke up on the handle, with the end getting in the way. You would have to stand a long way from the stove to use it if you were holding the handle in the normal place.

NOT suitable for carbon steel Wok
I would not recommend these for use on a carbon steel wok that has been seasoned. The spatulas are not properly beveled on their edges and not smooth on their edges either. They WILL catch on everything it makes contact with and will ESPECIALLY make contact with your woks seasoning. I used it once on my brand new seasoned wok and I will never again. It scraped off A LOT of the seasoning since it was impossible to toss food with this spatula and not scratch the coating. These however, could definitely be suitable for a stainless steel wok.Attached is an image of the damage done to the seasoning and another image of how it should look after I repaired the seasoning for proof.
