Bulbs were intact & usefull

This arrived sooner than I expected. The bulbs arrived in a chiffon bag with a photo of saffron flowers. I just put them I the ground earlier this week, in 3 different areas of yard that have varying amounts of sun. We'll see if they sprout.

Package arrived 2 to 3 weeks earlier than stated on shipping confirmation. The bulbs were well packaged in a net bag and wrapped in bubble wrap, arriving in excellent condition. No moldy or otherwise bad bulbs. They included 5 extra bulbs. I'm very happy with the seller and the bulbs.

I received seeds instead of bulbs. All of them died.

I bought saffron bulbs from there as well as another site. Planted them at the same time and these rooted so quickly. I only planted half and kept the other half in a ziplock bag. A few days later the ones in the ziplock had rooted on their own ! Crazy. The other brand didn't root or have growth of any kind. They have just started to sprout. Will post pictures soon.Another note, these bulbs were much larger than the other brand also.

Ordered 25 bulbs, all came in great condition. some already have growth noticed. No bulbs were soft or mushy.

Well, there is good and bad news. The good news is that this vendor shipped a lot more quantity than advertised. The bad news is that they are all on the small side. I measured the circumference and they are about 5cm average. 8cm-10+cm would be ideal. I guess if you can wait 2 or more seasons before flowering that would be ok.

Some bulbs are not in good condition because of fungus but I hope rest of them would show beautiful flowers this autumn
