Fantastic all round!

Bought this for my sons birthday and he loves it. It was a bit tricky to put together, but once complete it's great.

It arrived in poor packaging and in very poor condition. I ignored the outer packaging, which was damaged during shipping and not suitable for shipping a bike. I started trying to assemble it and found many missing parts. These probably fell out during shipping since the package was open on almost all sides. I tried contacting Amazon to no avail, then I contacted the company listed in the catalog. They promised to get the missing parts but I didn't receive them and discovered more missing parts. I also noticed the poor quality of the screws which surprised me by breaking when trying to attach them. Also, the brakes have a problem, they are very rigid and not effective or flexible. I finally decided to return it and had to pay almost 32 euros to return it with Amazon promising to cover the return shipping costs. But until now, I have not received a refund!!! A bitter experience that made my son's 5th birthday a bad one. I was counting on them to make him happy.
