Buy this!
I was scouring reviews looking for a tool that would curl my hair faster than my beloved but timely curling wand but I didn't fancy remortgaging my house to buy a Dyson/Shark airstyler. I saw a couple of videos on social media of people using this so thought I'd give it a try. To be honest i thought I'd try it once and have to return it cause it wouldn't work but It actually works fab on my hair and I love it! I like how you hold it open, rather than hold it closed, like a tong. I have long, thick hair so I like how the plates are long and wide enough to give me proper curls (or straight hair but I do use this more for curling) and I love how the little cold air blasts set the curls meaning I don't have to wait around for the curls to cool before I can brush it out. For the price and performance of this, I am actually so surprised it's not more known about!

I managed curls on the first go!
I am one of those ladies that has tried most hair gadgets to try to get a curl, from the cheapest to most expensive. On my first go with this, I got curls. Very impressed.

It works for me! Best curls ever.
My hair is the longest it's ever been, reaching halfway down my back. It’s super fine, heavily bleached, and has slightly frizzy ends. When my old, no-name straighteners suddenly stopped working, my friend recommended the Dyson Airwrap. I bought it, tried it, returned it. I liked the little-heat concept, but the curls barely lasted 10 minutes before falling out, and it was a lengthy process even on almost dry hair. So, I went back to searching for a reliable straightener—and found this one. It works for me! The rounded shape and easy clamping mechanism make it effortless to create barrel curls, and since I can control the heat, they actually hold. If your curls aren’t staying, try increasing the temperature. I set mine to 200/220°C with the fan on. When I brush my hair the next day it still has nice waves and super volume. It’s much quicker than the Airwrap, and because the barrel stays cool, I don’t constantly burn myself like I did with my old straighteners. It’s also great for straightening and smoothing frizzy ends. After reading reviews, I watched some YouTube tutorials to perfect my technique. Small sections work best for curls—brushing through each section helps the plates glide smoothly. It can tug a little if you accidentally grab hair from another section, but with practice, I’m sure that won’t be an issue for long.
