I decided to give one of these fitness platforms a try for use doing squats with my resistance bands. I liked the idea that the amount of spread of the band, at the bottom, would be constant and not depended on how wide apart I put my feet. I originally got the idea from watching a youtube demonstation of a similar platform made from carbon fiber and costing about $300. This unit looked like it would do the same job for a lot less money. I did not see the benefit of ultralight carbon fiber for a platform I would stand on. It turns out this device works perfectly for my purposes. Its nicely crafted and includes rubber pads to protect the floor

Edges are perfectly smooth and rounded. Lessens the wear and tear during use. Perfect for my resistance bands workout. I highly recommend

Pretty good quality!! I'm happy with the board. Gives me access to different band exercises that I couldn't do as well without it. You can always get some Grip Tape for it if needed.

Good construction, sturdy and a nice option for those who prefer wood under their feet for resistance band training.

Well built. Very smooth edges. I have used it with bands and nylon straps for isometric exercises. I am very pleased.

Works very well I like it a lot

This board is heavy duty and durable and the edges are well routed/rounded. That said, one of the corner wooden foot blocks was not mounted exactly flush to the top wooden board, causing a sharp edge on bottom edge alomg the left band cutout chnnel. It required some custom sanding on my part to dull some edges due to that foot mount misalignment (risk for band snapping - I snapped a band at that spot and found out the hard way!) Tip: Inspect feet, run your fingers underneath the rounded edges carefully looking for any sharp edges, and sand where/if necessary.
