Solid. Harder than it looks.
Great for abs training. You can slam it, spin it overhead, do around the worlds in front of the body, single arm push-ups. It’s highly multi-functional.I really love ATM products

Durable and heavy
I havent used it all that much, but from when I did it was strong and sturdy.

Only lasted 2 weeks
Washer broke and rope frayed to almost nothing left in only two weeks. I assumed I’d get half a year or so out of it. Emailed company haven’t heard back. Loved the workouts with it but not sure I can justify buying another they are too expensive.
