These bricks have been amazing for my forge setup. They have proven to be quite durable, although I've broken one by dropping it. They are easy to cut & shape to fit a variety of different spots or positions. I like their low profile for my smaller forge setup & have been using them for over a year with no major issues aside from the one I dropped. I will note that flux (borax) will eat away at these bricks however I am still using the initial bricks I put on my forge bottom over a year ago.

I like the fire bricks because they’re very light and easy to work with. Easy to cut them to fit in the fireplace. I have some left over, which I will put them up and save them in case I have to use them to replace any fire bricks.
