Q: Does anyone know what's the difference in between #20631 & 20632 and any other nuwave oven selling on amazon, they looks a little bit different?

They're digital versions of the same oven--20631 does not offer an extender ring; 20632 offers a stainless steel extender ring while the standard model has a plexiglass extender ring that matches the dome/cover.

Q: can I use it in France? (220v)

Unfortunately, Though Dartopia does not ship this item outside the U.S., I will try to provide some insight.I will however refer you to this site that explains how to use U.S. 110v appliances in your country. http://www.adaptelec.com/index.php?main_page=document_general_info&products_id=150I am not a certified electrician but it appears that you would need a converter to enable a 110v device to connect to your outlet type. You would also need a converter to drop your 220v down to 110v to avoid damage to yourself or your device.
