This version is ground coffee but you can order the whole bean version. There is two versions of each flavor.

Q: Are all 3 light roast (per the description)?

No. Hover the cursor over the packaging and you can see that it says dark roast. I don't know why the decription says light roast. I do like this coffee a lot.

Q: Are these good to use with a Breville Espresso machine?

I don't believe this is an espresso grind. The coffee is very good and if you buy the beans, you could do an espresso grind yourself if you have a small grinder. Espresso grind is much finer than drip grind.
