Elegant and graceful
Nose: Elegant. White peach and a faint puff of smoke.Palate: A gentle, subtle palate with loads of complexity. It offers up a mix of cranberries and cooked raspberries, a little white grape juice and barley.Finish: Cocoa, slightly bitter as it tails away gracefully.

21 years old..this is complex whisky with a deliciously long finish
My friends and I bought a bottle of this for a New Year (hogmanay).. unfortunately one was struck with the ubiquitous killer flu, so we decided to just have a taste..Wow. This is one of the most enjoyable whiskies I've ever tasted. You can close your eyes and concentrate on the depth and complex flavours. And the length..Wow the first sip is still with you 3-4 mins later. It's delicious. I'd recommend this to any whisky lover

A good single malt
Not as magnificent as the older Balvenie Portwoods, but in todays standards a very nice single malt whisky nevertheless.

Smooth
A lovely dram, bought for my son in law and groomsmen along with myself and his father to celebrate the wedding. Very smooth and even the non whisky drinkers enjoyed it

Disappointing
Very disappointed in this bottle. Sherry cask should add buckets of smell and taste ,but this had nothing. Overpriced and underachieving waste of money
