Amazing thrash
My second favorite sacred Reich release just behind the American way , which it’s very clear that’s the direction they were heading ever since this EP. Great grooves and catchy choruses (for thrash metal) and although the singer isn’t great he fits perfectly. Also the cover of war pigs was a pleasant surprise being how everyone tries and fails but these guys nailed it

Surf Nicaragua Smokes!
I purchased this CD (Sacred Reich-Surf Nicaragua) as a replacement of the cassette tape that I had in my collection and has been played to death and has also become obsolete! I Love this CD now, as I did the cassette when it originally came out in 1988! Bassist/vocalist Phil Rind sings in his signature Sacred Reich style, and can't be missed. Wiley Arnett, Jason Rainey, and Greg Hall all contribute in unison on the drums and guitars to develop the classic Phoenix-based band's sound.Sacred Reich might be noted for its highly opinionated political lyrics, examination of personal politics, and thoroughly uncompromising spirit, as well as an occasional satiric sense of humor, but one thing's for sure, they were an essential part of the 80's thrash musical genre and still remain relevant even today! If you can find this CD and still buy it you have just made a wise investment in some quality old-school music! Enjoy!

Riffs, solos and vocals. All fantastic on this album.
This is one hell of an album. The first time I heard sacred reich, I immediately fell in love. This also features a kick ass cover of "war pigs" by black sabbath. Definitely a great addition to any metal heads collection.
