McCormick Air Fryer Loaded Seasoning Mix, 1.25 oz (Pack of 12)

The seasoning is just enough the flavor isn’t that spicey just make sure you dry potatoes well

On a whim, I bought a packet of this seasoning to use on the salmon and other fish I cook in my air fryer. I did not have high expectations, but I liked it a lot. I will be buying more.

Product: McCormick Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Seasoning Mix, 1.25 oz (Pack of 12)I had ordered the Loaded flavoring of this product, but because of a mismatched product sticker on the box, I got the Garlic Parmesan flavor. I’m actually glad that I got the wrong flavor, because I really like this one.I’d have to say that the parmesan flavoring is more predominant than the garlic. It definitely has more flavoring than many mix seasonings I’ve used in the past. I didn’t add any of my own seasoning, which I often end up doing, and this was loaded with flavor.The first time I used this seasoning, I opted to make my own chicken tenders. I flattened out one large chicken breast and then cut it into strips. I coated each piece liberally with the mix after brushing them with olive oil. It took about 10 minutes (depending on the size) at 350 in the air fryer. Easy peasy. I use these in salads, in wraps, or rice bowls. They are very good. I like to keep a stash of these in my freezer once cooked for quick lunches. The package also has directions for cooking in an oven. I would avoid using a higher temperature in the air fryer as the coating would probably burn. One package of the mix was just enough for my one chicken breast. However keep in mind that I had more surface area to coat since the it was cut into pieces.I can also see where this would also be good as a seasoning for other foods, making it versatile. I’m planning to use it on French fries and roasted potatoes. I’m also going to try it on some vegetables, like green bean bake. Since you get 12 packs, I have plenty to use in many different ways.My packages had an expiration date of over one year.The only drawback I have with this mix is the sodium content, but it’s not any more than you usually see with this type of food product. It does keep me from using it as often as I might otherwise as I’m trying to watch my sodium intake.

Good complete spice with a great flavor.

The smell and taste is overpowering with something that resembles sodium/MSG and fake 'Smoke' flavor.I can't really taste any of the other ingredients (onion, cheese, butter, etc.)It's slightly spicy, but I can't get over the fake smoke/msg taste...Won't be buying again.

Can use on anything you're tossing in the air fried. Peppery

I'm not sure why anyone would willingly put this on their food, it's got a nasty taste

I absolutely loved the taste on my green beans.
