Outstanding!Highly recommend if you are thinking about it
Outstanding!Has 4 tricks that make it the G.O.A.T.1) It has a built in fan and heat monitor that kicks in to keep the unit charging at a high level. Charging fast means heat, and while like the competitors this unit is surprisingly heavy because of the heat sinks, it does not turn off after 15 mins. Rather the fan kicks in and keeps it charging at at 100+ Watts. Pretty much all units will either throttle down or turn off from heat when you charge at a lot of Wattage. Having active cooling means you can depend on this unit to finish the job at a high rate - even in hot climates (Texas & Costa Rica are the two I've tested it in). Temperature and status of the active cool (which only turns on when required) is available in the menu as well.2) The screen. You likely have USB cables that have no rating on them (cables are rated for how much Wattage they can carry). This means you may buy a fast charger, but be charing slow. Having a display to tell you want speed you are charging at allows you to figure out which cables charge at which speed (also which devices) and get what you paid for.3) PD 3.1 Compatibility (also a ton of safety rating) . Power Delivery (PD) is the name of the USB standard. Compliance with that standard ensures everything works as it should safely. Your devices are expensive you don't want to risk them electrically - or risk abusing their batteries - and have to replace them because you went with cheaper charger that cut corners to save cost. Likewise you want a small charger like this to be safety rated and made of fire resistant materials (if they aren't you risk an actual fire).4) Compact and lightweight (lightweight compared to others - this one is 2 ounces lighter than my Ugreen unit, likely due to the inclusion of a fan that turns on when needed). The folding plug is lovely (and standard at this point), but we also need to give a shout out to the cables being in the bottom of the unit to help reduce how far it sticks out and the likelihood of it falling out of a lose plug (the unit can be turned upside down, the the menu does rotate by 90 degree increments).Highly recommend if you are thinking about it, went back and bought a second one for my wife. That is how much I like it. Also if you don't need it right away, Anker tends to go on sale every time Amazon has a sale.

Geat Travel Charger For My Microsoft Surface & iPad Pro
Was recently issued a Microsoft Surface 6 for Business that came with a not so travel friendly charger. Invested in this Anker charger hoping it could become my go to charger for my Surface, iPad Pro, phone, and anything else needing power while on the road. It has not disappointed. It has managed to keep all my devices charged and charge them quickly. Love the display to know how fast items are charging, the speed, and temperature of the device. Before I bought it, I saw that many users complained it got very hot while charging. I used it daily for a week charging my Surface for work and an iPad. It definitely got warm, but not to a point I felt it was unsafe. I’d imagine the more items you plug in, it would get warmer and potentially tell you on the screen that it’s cooling itself down.Overall it’s a solid charger, it’s a bit chunky and heavy, but for what it offers worth the space in a travel bag. It also offers the right number of ports to charge many things at once and can handle them all at the same time.

The perfect charger doesn't ex....
I purchased an extensive amount of chargers this year simply because each time i thought i had the right one i ran into certain issues. The charger feels heavy and it isn't very portable for travel duo its size and weight, this is about the only negative thing i can say but then again i haven't found a light GaN charger that has the functionality of this one.Comes with a nice long braided usb-c cable.I have a Macbook, iPad, iPhone and some other usb-c chargeable devices such as mouse, Bluetooth speaker, earbuds etc...Since i travel a lot i have purchased some smaller ones that fit in hand and are reasonable light for travel. The problem is once on destination i need a charger with more juice and more ports that can handle multiple devices. There is goes wrong and most chargers have issues or wont fast charge some of my devices like my iPad and iPhone.Or issues start when plugging in a secondary device even when its not exceeding the watts some chargers just get confused and go slow charging for every device connected. This one actually does the job and shows me that is is actually charging fast, it shows for each device the wattage output. It also shows the temperature so when it gets too hot it throttles to lower wattage but now at least if this happens i know why it is charging slow. This charger is definitely worth its money.

Maxed Out Specs
Anker hit the sweetspot with this charger!Pros:- 140w max on any one USB C port- plugging in new devices doesn't require a long reset- useful visual indicator on wattage- semi-compact form factor- USB A and C outputCons:- steep price- slightly larger than Ankers 120w devicesI'm unsure if there is active cooling on this charger but do not think there is a fan built-in as another reviewer stated. I've charged my LG laptop and the Anker power brick at the same time (ie both devices would eadily draw the 140w max output) and had this charger get warm, not hot, but didn't hear any active cooling features kick on. Regardless, this charger handles high wattage with aplomb so no real complaints. This is as very tech slick device for those looking for tech gadgets as gifts, and coming from someone who has A LOT of Anker chargers, I'm enlightened by all the techy features on this unit.
