The washable covers are super soft and convenient. Was a little work to get them fluffed up initially and took a couple days to be really unpacked as they come so vacuum packed but then was good to go and very nice.

Product comes in a small box. Instruction tell you to pull cushion out, there is not cushion. The bag the foam/ filler comes - the one it’s to stay in , had holes all over the bag upon me removing it form the box. I waited 3 days and it didn’t rise inflate, never filled to capacity… / whatever you want to call it properly. Therefore it’s lopsided and hard, no matter what I try to do. To return it ; it says return in original packaging, take to ups, or Amazon will pick up- again in original packaging . What a joke, not possible! Besides it’s dead weight foam and heavy. My son loves it and it's a perfect gift

Not enuf foam fill to make this chair stay at a heighth more than 12" from the floor in order to sit in like a chair so very difficult for me to get up off of it. Even added blankets inside and out. Looking for another chair now its so uncomfortable.
