Doesn’t come with cards. Ordered Valentine’s bracelets for school Valentine’s, and from the photo it looked like they came with cards. Blowing up the photo, I can see it shows the same bracelets twice- once unfolded and once rolled up, not bracelets with cards. But they aren’t functional as “Valentine’s” by themselves. Okay quality I guess. A little hard/ sharp for small kids the bracelets would fit. Small for older elementary kids who would be more likely to play with them.

Bought these for my preschool class for Valentine's day. They were perfect for a student gift. I loved that it was something they could have fun with that wasn't candy. Great value for the money spent.
