The media could not be loaded. Good quality made material, love that it has 3 speeds, Not loud at all for more nervous pups.. I have 2 pitties. My male (80-90lbs) I have yet to see how thats going to go. Last time we did his nails me and my husband had to sit on him tonget it done.. and since then hes put on about 20 or more lbs. So we shall see.. my female (40-50lbs) is good with things, she minds a little better than he does. So I was able to get her to sit there. Whether she liked it or not, thats another story but she was not afraid or just not letting it happen in the first place. So that I was super happy about. If your pups anxious and scared this i think would be a good filer to introduce to them. Its not rough on the nails. Comes with 2 bits and 2 sized heads... the light is a HUGE help... overall I do recommend.. happy with my purchase. I would buy again... however I do not use the manual nail clippers. They just really make me so nervous. I worked with animals n vets offices before and still i have never liked to clip animals nails with them.. So easy to do damage and if your NOT familiar with how their nails are to be clipped, serious injury could happen. I would not recommend. We have concrete at our home so the dogs nails do stay filed for the most part however the dewclaw does get longer and i just file it down completely no clipping...

Exactly what I needed and working how I needed it to work. It’s not to loud and my dogs don’t mind it one but. Very easy to use and the design is easy and smooth and functions perfectly. I love the different speeds and it’s not heavy at all.

This item works great. The size is perfect. The battery life is excellent. The noise level is great because it doesn’t scare my dog at all.

Product seem fine.I was missing two grinding wheels.The soft and regular.I just need them.Seem I have return the product.Iam just trying to get the other two grinding wheels.Not return.I would give the grinder a five star.But missing wheels.

I got these for my two golden retrievers Ella and Thor. Let me tell you these are amazing. Do do their job and add simple. And best of all they’re belt well and so far seem like they will stand up to the test of time! And they’re easy to use on my hands.
