Breathing Exercise Trainer Adjustable & Portable Easy to Clean for Daily, Fitness & Sport

I had never used anything like this before but I found it easy to use. The adjustments are with a knob on each side like a turn dial.

Pros: The breathing modes are noticeably different, and I was able to train up to the 2nd last strength for both before long. The knobs for those are easy to understand and it is not needlessly overdesigned.If fit in my mouth, both fixtures, so that's a win. The quality is okay for what it is and was mostly comfortable to use.Cons: The app, when I tried to both scan the QR code to download it AND when I tried to search it in the Play Store, were too fishy for me to proceed. The QR code came with a pop-up saying it was 'dangerous', which is not the typical outgoing 'could be dangerous' message I'm used to seeing, and the Play Store didn't have the app with the same name for me to be sure which they were talking about using, so I skipped it unfortunately. I think being able to work with a breathing app would be the better way to use something like this, so I am really bummer that it didn't work out for me.Also, do not be fooled into thinking this is any kind of smart device that connects to the phone and the app - it's not.Waiting for this to dry completely before putting it away after using and washing took way too long. Hours. There's no real way to reach into it to dry it with a cloth, and so I just have to tilt it just right and hope it drains on its own. I'm not sure how the cleaning could be designed better, but this is too cumbersome for me.Overall, it's okay, but not what I was looking for. I would skip this.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if this would do anything when I ordered it, but I’m really glad I gave it a try. I’ve been using it daily for about two weeks now and I can definitely feel a difference. Breathing feels easier, especially when I’m working out.The resistance settings are simple to adjust, and I like that I can tweak it depending on how much of a challenge I want. It’s small enough to toss in a gym bag, and cleaning it is pretty easy too — just rinse it and it’s good to go.One little thing: the nose clip it comes with isn’t super comfortable, but it does its job. Not a big deal, honestly.If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say go for it. It’s not expensive and it actually works if you stick with it.

The actual device seems well made by the app is sketchy. It's not in the app store and you get a warning before you can download it saying it "might be harmful"

This Topestking brand Breathing Exercise trainer adjusts the resistance of both your inhale and exhale. The device has separate knobs you twist to increase or decrease the air flow resistance. The device has a quality silicone mouth piece that fits comfortably in you mouth and it also comes with a nose clip to close your nasal passages when you are breathing through your mouth.The device seems to be precision made but it is actually very simple with two knobs. The instructions and information pamphlet that comes with the device is microscopic and unreadable however I did download the Breathe app off the Google Play store. It is very easy to use and useful as it gives you a visual of a circle expanding to represent your taking a breath in, and then gets smaller when you exhale for its various exercise patterns. There is nothing electronic about the device that links it to the app which is fine, but it gives you a real time representation of what your breathing exercise regimen is.I gave this product four stars because while it is well made and simple. I didn't enjoy using it and it was annoying that the instructions were unreadable. I will continue to use it in hopes it will grow on my and I particularly like the 4-7-8 breathing exercise on the app. I just want anyone considering purchasing it to have realistic expectations because it is challenging to use and takes work. Even still, overall I am please I ordered this product.

The product feels fairly sturdy, and I don't have longevity concerns with it. It's easy to use and the directions are easy to follow. After a few uses, I question the effectiveness, only because this isn't particularly challenging. I'll still use it and find out. It was worth the price tag to be able to try something like this- similar devices can be much more expensive.

1...app is too harmful to download. 2. What instruction on how to use it properly. 3. Not worth the money. 4. Holding and doing deep breathing exercises works cheaper and for free.
